Safety First
Eric Angerstein's career has been built around safety and sound decisions: U.S. Navy, firefighting and the operating room. He brings that same discipline to every home, checking structure, safety features and potential hazards with care.
Built for Florida
Florida insurers often ask for 4-point and wind mitigation inspections. ABI documents each item with photos on the forms insurers expect, so your policy is not held up.
Reports You Can Use
You get a professional, photo-rich report, and significant findings are explained in plain language so you know what matters and what is routine maintenance.
One Call
Need a termite (WDO), sewer scope, roof or seawall inspection too? ABI coordinates them alongside your home inspection, so you have one point of contact and one timeline.
“I will always serve my client with the same principles I would for myself or a family member.”
