Broward County is home base for American Building Inspectors. From our base in Wilton Manors we inspect homes, condos and commercial properties across the county, from beachfront high-rises to the planned communities out west.
Coastal Broward has mid-century neighborhoods, canal-front homes and older condominium buildings, while cities further west grew later with larger subdivisions and HOA communities. Each comes with its own common issues, from aging electrical and plumbing in older homes to drainage and roof questions in newer ones.
Beyond a full home inspection, many Broward buyers need a 4-point inspection for insurance on an older home and a wind mitigation inspection to document hurricane-resistant features. For waterfront homes we coordinate seawall and dock inspections, and for homes with pools we inspect the pool and its equipment.
